Are you backing up your data regularly enough?
We all know that backup is important. The problem is, it is also inconvenient. Backing up to a CD, DVD, or external hard drive requires that we remember to plug in, and run the backup task. Luckily, there is a way to keep your most important files secure all the time, while backing up your music, movies, and pictures only when you remember to. The answer is called Mozy.
Mozy is a free online backup solution that offers 2GB of storage free to all members. Basically, you install a little application and tell it what to backup. It then runs on your computer in the background, performing backups when your computer is idle. Obviously you won’t be able to fit your entire music collection in 2GB, but this is great for ensuring you don’t lose any papers or notes you wrote before the last hard backup.
I have been using Mozy for a while now, because the default backup software that my school installs is not very effective in my opinion. So far I have had only great experiences with Mozy, and I urge you to try it out.

I’m signing up, but when I do, it says who referred me? It says for every four people you refer, you get another gig of storage space.
I’ll hold off on signing up until you get me your referral code.
