Remember a couple months ago when it was all-the-rage among productivity and personal development sites to post articles with tips for waking up earlier. The belief that waking up earlier is better is widely held, but little followed. I am not going to bore you with my tips, because I already talked about why you should wake up early. I justed wanted to point out a site that I stumbled upon, which is completely dedicated to the, some say “art”, of waking up earlier. Filled with tips on how to sleep better and wake up earlier, there is bound to be some great original content. I found a great article on understanding sleep mechanics.
