Keep them in the front of your mind and you will achieve what you set out to do! I love the way you emphasize the 'why' part of the equation. It's so important to keep the motivation up and that happens when you focus on the 'why'. I also like to use technology to keep my mind focused on goals and goal setting. I use affirmations combined with entrainment to keep my thoughts trained with laser focus on what I want to accomplish. I don't like the 'new years resolution' type of goal setting - it doesn't work. And when self sabotage sets in in reinforces the idea that goal setting doesn't work. It does work but the mind needs to belive it. So reprogram the mind and viola!
