		<description>Great article. I totally agree with you because I had the same problems. I was getting up early the whole week to sleep even until 12 on Saturday. I wasn&#039;t tired early enough so the situation repeated on Saturday evening and then Sunday. After a weekend like this I was dead the whole Monday. Also the technique with the alarm clock worked for me. I put it somewhere far away so I actually have to get up  to turn it off.</description>

		<description>Actually I have to disagree with the last one. Your body has a natural clock and working out late or trying to make yourself tired in the evening by increasing your heart rate will actually do the opposite and make your body more restless!
